How to start a return

1. Email support@shoppingfreshhub.com or call +1 281-633-8473 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or Saturday 10am to 4pm Central Time, with your order reference (it starts with SFH-).
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it with a trackable service.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can match the parcel to your order.

What can be returned

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, complete and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (such as eye patches, moisturizer, softgels and pet wipes) can only be returned if they are faulty or arrived damaged.

Gift cards and digital products

Gift cards, Babbel, Rosetta Stone, Norton and McAfee codes are delivered by email and cannot be returned once the code has been sent, because they can be used immediately. If a code does not work, contact us and we will work with the issuer to fix it or refund you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and provide a prepaid return label where a return is needed.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded. If your order shipped free and the return brings the kept total below $57, the original standard shipping cost of $6.95 may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days and email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. Discounts from FRESH10 or the fresh drop are refunded at the price you actually paid.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel at no charge any time before you pay the payment link, or before the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped follow the return process above.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under Texas law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, or under federal law.
