Who we are

Shopping Fresh Hub ("we", "us") runs the website shoppingfreshhub.com. We are based at 2838 Garden River Ln, Richmond, TX 77406, USA. You can reach us at support@shoppingfreshhub.com or +1 281-633-8473. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, delivery address, items ordered and any notes you add at checkout.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe to The Fresh Sheet.
• Basic technical data: your browser, device and pages visited, which our hosting provider may log for security.

We do not collect card or bank details on our website. Payment happens through a secure link provided by our payment processor, which handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Data stored in your browser

Your cart, chosen shipping method and promo code are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a page refresh. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

How we use your data

• To process, ship and support your order, and to send the payment link.
• To reply to your questions and handle returns.
• To send The Fresh Sheet if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
• To prevent fraud, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations, including tax records.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the store, such as our web host, email provider, form service, payment processor and shipping carriers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We also share data when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Your Texas privacy rights

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights over their personal data. We extend the same rights to all customers. You may ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data and give you access to it;
• correct inaccurate personal data;
• delete personal data you provided or we hold about you;
• give you a portable copy of your data;
• opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these).

If we need more time, we may extend this once by another 45 days and will tell you why. We honor browser-based universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal". We will answer your appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

How long we keep data

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, generally up to seven years. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Security and breach notice

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and limited access to customer records. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your sensitive personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days after we determine a breach occurred, as required by Texas Business and Commerce Code section 521.053. If 250 or more Texans are affected, we will also notify the Texas Attorney General within 30 days.

Children

Our store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
